Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for redesigning a website using wordpress. We need to redesign a Canadian mortgage website. This would include a new logo, and a fresh Web 2.0 look for the site.

We need:
- The sites main audience is seniors (age 60+)
- Design must be very clean with minimal clutter; easy to follow navigation
- Ability for users to adjust typesize
- I am currently at the bottom of Page 1 on Google for certain search terms, I would like to get to #1! SEO is VERY important
- Refer http://www.webdesignerwall.com/trends/30-untypical-wordpress-sites for ideas
- New logo that I can use to brand the site and myself
- Include an active blog that I can add to on a regular basis
- I can provide stock photos.
