Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for electronic system for system-to-system development.

Scope:
1. Be simple to initially learn through an intuitive user interface, ample Help, and well-composed training materials
2. Be commercially-available with a well-supported, well-defined codebase
3. System will be accessible using all common web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer
4. Provide a mirrored backup of all OSU data at a site remote from
their primary operating environment
5. Electronic backup of all data/records must be provided
6. Provide a demonstrated ability to minimize client’s internally-deployed IT support resources
7. Reduce data input errors by providing form “auto filling” capabilities through writing repetitively-utilized data
8. Provide linking to funding opportunities identified from various sources
9. Be well supported with an in-house customer support staff organization
10. Provide a costing structure that can be priced on an annualized basis with clearly denoted year-to-year price escalation.
