Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Redesign and Development Service.

Scope:
1. Features a unique, attractive and interactive design
2. Provides easy electronic access to public information by all target audiences
3. Provides stakeholders with effective means of communicating with Town administration and elected officials
4. Enhances delivery and awareness of public services and departments and facilitates a simple, quick process for public enquiries
5. Provides 24/7 virtual access and the ability to conduct secure financial transactions online when e-commerce functions are implemented in the future
6. Provides pages for all departments, programs, services and functions
7. Is easily and cost-effectively managed and upgradeable
8. Completely fulfills all requirements in this RFP and in future requirements.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 24, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
