Description: We are Austria based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development of web based portal. The design and development must be completed by December 1, 2010.

Scope:
1. Produce a functioning web-based portal
2. The website will display data and feature a Microsoft SharePoint collaboration portal to facilitate the exchange of information and communication among registered and public users.
3. The site must be compatible with our existing software, web hosting systems and web login facilities and must accommodate multiple languages and permission levels and conform to the quality and performance standards.
4. Specific technical specifications include an advanced, interactive mapping feature, dynamic powerful and customized searches using Microsoft Fast Search and other specific design and user elements.
5. Portal should be user-friendly, accessible and can be modified and managed by us in the long-run without significant additional effort or extra cost. As such equal participation in the development, rigorous user acceptance testing, and periodic input on screen mockups and user cases are required.
6. Service Provider will have to ensure a smooth software rollout, provide support to deploy the platform in the shortest possible time period, ensure integration with our existing software, provide on-site operators training and must also be available to conduct software maintenance and updates for one year post-deployment on an as-needed basis. Further, Service Provider will provide the external hosting environment for the design and development of the portal on its servers running SharePoint 2010.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 17, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
