Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development of competitive website.

Scope:
1. Creation of virtual competitive website
2. Website must be able to support numerous administrators
3. Website should be able to import results from a defined spreadsheet or text format (e.g. MS Excel, Delimited Text, or .csv files)
4. Website will allow for searching, adding, and editing of individual participant
5. Create a unique user account
6. Website will allow for designated administrators to generate ranking reports based on national event scores which contains information about the participants
7. Website will be designed in such a way so that additional and potential capabilities and functionality can be added.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 9, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
