Description: We are India (AP) based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design Service. We are looking for design and development of website for bank.
Scope:
1. Functional:
a. Develop our Brand by establishing a strong web presence. The web site should be amongst Top Ten rankings in major search engines.
b. The web site design should enable customers to interact with us through support for online communication, feedback, email services, facilities like Help lines, contact us page, My Own page, and support for online Customer grievance redress support.
c. The web site should enable us to use information on the usage and nature of visitors to develop it as a Marketing tool.
2. Technical:
a. The web site should be developed using PHP, JSP or any other platform independent tools. The preferred OS platform is Linux.
b. The web site should be search engine friendly and optimized to improve web site ranking.
c. The web site should be easy to navigate and use. The user should normally be able to reach his desired information/service within three clicks.
d. A Well structured SITE MAP should be provided. It should incorporate Branch locators and ATM locators and also well designed photo gallery.
e. It should offer rich video and /or audio content and other media rich content including flash based presentations, videos, demos etc. Facility for multi lingual presentation of content is essential. It should also have the feature for Web casting.
f. Provide a dynamic features board with newsletters, customer registration, feedback, online access to email, Mobile banking and SMS services etc.
g. Extensive MIS including useful information about visitors for MIS and marketing initiatives should be provided. Extensive Web Site Analytics and Statistics to be provided.
3. Security:
a. Our web site should be designed with advanced technological features to protect the site from attacks by hackers, virus etc. It should have intrusion prevention system and incidence response mechanism.
b. All data exchanges should be using SSL to offer a Safe and secure Web site experience. Support/provide gateways for integration with internal services and in house applications in a safe and secure manner.
4. Other value additions:
a. We are planning to offer various add on services through the web site. Vendors should support e-Commerce and provide e-Marketing services if desired.
b. User administration services should be an integral part of the Enterprise Content Management facility inbuilt with the site.


This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 15, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
