Description: We are India (Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Re-Modeling and Development of Web Portal for education institution.

Scope:
1. Renewal of Domain name – 2 Years
2. Design and Development of home page
3. Design and Development of web pages with text / graphics / animation
4. Design and Development of Interactive forums
5. Loading of Information / data
6. Updating of Information / data / pages
7. Development of e-mail facilities
8. The initial implementation is expected within four weeks of issue of work-order. The complete website needs to be implemented within sixteen weeks with mutually agreed milestones.
9. We will have exclusive right to the website and its contents.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 30, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
