Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for redesign, Implementation and development of website.

Scope:
1. Develop a highly beneficial, easy-to-use, cost-effective, interactive and architecturally flexible website that supports our needs.
2. Create a standardized format and enhanced user experience for all pages, thereby establishing a unified theme.
3. Create a content management system that allows multiple nontechnical users in different departments to have responsibility in managing their information.
4. Provide a framework and architecture that will permit future expansion and the addition of new online services as our budget, technology needs and demand dictate.
5. Provide a secure site that meets emerging industry standard guidelines on privacy and accessibility including Section 508 of the Workforce Rehabilitation Act.
6. Reference: Service Provider while preparing proposal, should keep in mind the following “benchmark” sites.
a. www.independenceks.gov – We like the user-friendly, intuitive nature of this site
b. www.opkansas.org – We like their clean, modern design
c. www.parkcity.org – We like their navigation and organization of content.
