Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Implementation of Interactive Website.

Scope:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive interactive web site for the purpose of providing informational resources
2. Develop the hypertext structure and organization of the content for ease of use
3. Design site layouts to support a cohesive visual theme, color scheme, etc. which complements the colors of the official county seal
4. Design site navigation tools - buttons, menu bars, icons, etc
5. Provide active content which may include animation, ensuring browser compatibility with the current browser market
6. Provide search engine optimization via meta tags and search engine submissions.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
