Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Designing Website for University.

Scope:
1. The site should:
? Have a common look and feel
? Be simple and attractive
? Easy to navigate – the look and structure of the website should feel intuitive to both novice and experienced Internet users alike.
? Have a consistent design and be properly branded with institutional logos per URI
? Be compatible with the commonly used Internet browsers
? Reasonably attempt to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, provided by the W3C
? Be fast loading such that each page loads in 8 seconds or less on the average computer.
2. CMS to facilitate the uploading of new text, graphical, and tabular data content

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 21, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
