Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for remaking of website. We need to remake the entire site without frames. The site has around 300 unique pages that need to be remaked.

We want:
1. The unique names, titles and descriptions from the "middle-frame" pages, but I want the entire page to be loaded in html (no script etc).
2. Within the page there should be OpenX(OpenAds code on the side).
3. GoogleAds on the side should be removed
4. Width should be the same
5. Want it finished within a month - should during progress be on
seperate site.
