Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for designing a website.

We need:
a. a user friendly interface
b. on the backend it contains two databases one of interested parties who have registered on the site and provided their credit card information and a second database of product broken down by category, address and a few other factors
c. the website will regularly search the web and mine data via RSS feeds
d. This should be PHP and MySQL as we will later want an iPhone / Android app for mobile access.
