Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Redesign of City Website.
Scope:
1. Provide continuous, virtual, electronic access to City services and public information in a compartmentalized format
2. Provide hosted content management for use as a public communication tool
3. Consist of a new design with a common and consistent style, which shall be maintained throughout the site to help maximize usability
4. Must meet Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and mobile browsers
5. The redesigned web site shall include, but not be limited to, the following features and/or functionality:
i. Video integration
ii. Social media integration
iii. RSS capabilities
iv. Mobile viewing capabilities
v. Events calendar with ability to emphasize featured events
vi. URLs or link redirects
vii. Form creator tool
viii. Search engine, programmable with key words and key phrases with basic and advanced search capability
ix. Site map
x. Navigation capabilities
xi. Ability of viewers to resize type when viewing a page
xii. Audit trail capabilities indicating who updated what and when
xiii. Historical page retention/versioning
xiv. Password protected section for future extranet.
