Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website design, hosting and maintenance service. The duration of the contract is 1 year commencing from Jan, 2011 to Jan 2012.

Scope:
1. Provide services related to the Website Design/Maintenance/Hosting
2. Website must be created in a manner that allows for in-house editing and updates
3. The code must be clean, without superfluous filler
4. Developer must include full website maintenance for a period of twelve months
5. Website that aligns our long-term business, marketing and communications objectives
6. Must be created in a format that allows for in-house editing and updates to include creating pages, posting forms and content such as press releases
7. Site-wide search functionality with GUI on all main pages
8. Developer should show evidence of the knowledge of Web 2.0 tools: e.g.: podcast and RSS feed
9. Ability to check the availability of conference rooms
10. Must incorporate social media links, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
11. Calendar of events with ability to pay and register online for various events (PayPal, etc.)
12. Ability to add and update unique sub pages dedicated to events
13. Ability to create surveys and collect data from survey results: e.g. Customer Service Surveys
14. Website must include FLASH features: e.g.: 360 degree tour of new conference facility
15. Highly interactive website especially the youth services section; including games, youth oriented graphics and information.
16. Website will include website statistics collection method: e.g. Google Analytics

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 22, 2010, 5:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
