Description: We are US looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Website Hosting, Support and Maintenance. The duration of the contract is 3 years with 2 additional, one year extensions.

Scope:
1. Site hosting, development and maintenance
2. Content management system
3. Other support and contingencies
4. Must be available to customers on the road system
5. Site must be fully compatible with computers as well as all popular browsers such as IE, Firefox and Safari
6. Creation of high functioning user interface, publications and resolutions
7. Maintenance of high functioning search engine and user interface that provides search results from all elements of website ranked by newest items and relevance
8. CMS will feature cascading style sheets to ensure that the site has a consistent look and feel and to facilitate annual redesigns.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
